We welcome membership from DBT practitioners in our region.

Join us as a member:

The criteria for membership are below.

Full Membership:

  1. Obtained a minimum of 40 didactic training hours specific to DBT (obtained through Continuing Education hours, Workshops, Seminars, Didactic training hours, etc);
  2. Currently engages in DBT work or has been involved in DBT work, or has demonstrated experience in DBT which meets the Boards’ satisfaction;
  3. Possesses recognised tertiary qualifications in the disciplines of psychology, medicine, education, social work, occupational therapy, nursing, physiotherapy, speech therapy, dentistry or nursing; and
  4. Lives and/or works in the Asia Pacific region.

Associate Membership:

  1. Currently engages in DBT work or has been involved in DBT work which meets the Board satisfaction; and
  2. Lives and/or works in the Asia Pacific region.

An Associate Member may, upon meeting the relevant criteria, apply to become a Full Member.
